1963 Leeuwin JR’s Reunion
Canberra 27-29 October 2017

This flyer is to advise members of the intended Reunion next year to be held in Canberra. Functions have been booked as follows:

Friday 27 Oct 17 – Meet and Greet at the Mercure (Olims) Hotel, Ainslie Ave Braddon
Saturday 28 Oct 17 – Main Dinner at the Mercure (Olims) Hotel
Sunday 29 Oct 17 – Farewell Lake Cruise and Buffet Lunch – Canberra Southern Cross Yacht Club aboard the MV Southern Cross, Mariner Place, Yarralumla.

Expressions of Interest (EOI)
As deposits have had to be paid we are asking for a $50 per person EOI Registration Fee. This will be deducted from your final costs. Your attendance will not be confirmed until the Registration Fee has been received.

PLEASE NOTE: We are planning on having first name or nick name on the function nametags and we also need to be advised of any special dietary requirements that you may have. Please contact Barry Parker with this information so these details can be added to our spreadsheet for future reference and use.

Costs
The following prices for each function have been confirmed.

Meet & Greet: $30.00 per person
Main Dinner: $80.00 per person (3 course dinner)
3 Hour Lake Cruise: $70.00 per person (this includes a $20.00 pp charter fee).

As the MV Southern Cross will only carry a maximum of 80 people the first 80 to indicate they wish to attend and pay their Registration Fee will be able to attend.

Final reunion payments are to be received by 15 Sep 17.

Accommodation
As two of our functions are being held at the Mercure Hotel they have provided us with a discounted guest room rate for the period of the Reunion.
